Barack Obama: Conduct Unbecoming

In the military, there is a charge under which an officer can be court-martialed: Conduct Unbecoming.
When our Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, they chose not to make military service a requirement for a potential presidential candidate. The office of President of the United States is a civilian office. Our founders did this for obvious reasons; the layman need only see military regimes around the globe in order to understand.
But, that may have led to a flaw in our system of government. You see, Conduct Unbecoming an Officer can be anything from swearing at a superior officer to mass murder. Any number of behaviors can result in such a charge before a court-of-martial. An officer represents the military and the United States of America, and is expected to conduct himself accordingly at all times.
The President is Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Every member of the military ultimately answers to him. How is it that they are held to a higher standard than their Superior Officer?
For the sake of brevity, I will limit my argument to this past week.
Little Barry has been on a week-long temper tantrum. Here is what we have witnessed:
Two days of silence after Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's election victory. (Yet POTUS managed to get his brackets in to ESPN.)
The most childish excuse for a congratulatory phone call (when he was finally able to remember the number!) I have ever heard of. (He did not congratulate the Prime Minister on his win, but rather on Likud's gains in the Knesset.)
Threats to revolt against Israel at the United Nations.
Scoldings from the State Department over statements attributed to the Prime Minister.
Scoldings from the White House over statements attributed to the Prime Minister.
White House "officials" claiming the Israeli Prime Minister cannot be trusted.
And, of course, we are "reassessing" our relationship with Israel.
     Among other things.
IS THIS ANY WAY TO TREAT AN ALLY?!
Is this any way for the United States of America to conduct itself?
Is this any way for the Commander-in-Chief to conduct himself?
Would such behavior be tolerated from a general or an admiral?
     What about from a major?
     A lieutenant?
     Or, even a private?
Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of Conduct Unbecoming, and should be stripped of his command.
